Marketing step 4: Serve

The difference between service and support -- in our view -- is that support is reactive to your needs. Service, on the other hand, is pro-active. Ask us to take a look at your existing site. Or, tell us about your planned site. We'll indicate what we feel are both its strengths and weaknesses.

Service also means asking perhaps unpopular questions. For example, do you really want a flashy Home page? There are reasons why you might go either way.

We can help you with your page structure. We will generate Meta tags for your site. We will structure your pages to meet the requirements of Web robots, we'll adjust them for strength (read -- "marketing relevance"), test for Search Engine compliance, and even suggest page enhancements for marketing purposes.

We do this for every indexable page on your site not every optimizer does that, either). And, of course, we can handle site submission for you.

We will also -- and this is becoming more important every day -- validate your site.

As Woody Allen said, "95% of everything is just showing up!" Let's add something to that ... willingness.

1) Web page structure -- " Show,
2) Pages to use --   tell
3) Sales/Marketing language --     sell
4) Being pro-active --       serve
5) Being reactive --         support
6) Using stats to succeed --           track
7) Submission --             deliver."
