Web sites built to W3C standards

The fact is that most Web sites still do not adhere to any real quality standards. Adding to that, one browser manufacturer has special functions that another won't recognize. Blinking text on one browser does not work on another. The same with scrolling marquees. On some browsers, many sites don't look anything like what was expected. And so on.

On the other hand, you should demand -- and we do build to -- HTML4 and XHTML standards. HTML4 was the first paradigm to support Cascading Style Sheets ( CSS ).
