B&C's Member Pages

A key part of B&C's Hospitality Package, each Member Page offers powerful marketing tools. First, each member gets a detailed Web page, not just a "toss off" paragraph tucked off in a corner somewhere. A Member page can call in a special photo page from the member's main Web site. That way a patron can take a quick look around without having to first plow through a lot of material.

A question for Bed and Breakfast or Inn independents and associations, alike: Is your Web site an effective selling tool, or merely a "presence?" Are you satisfied with the level of business generated by the Web site(s)?

The individual Member Page offers a variety of benefits:

  • It's an inexpensive way for local and regional groups of hotel/motel operators, restaurateurs, innkeepers and B&B owners to get seen.
  • Format is designed to provide a consistent image to the organization.
  • Each Member page offers e-mail and links to their existing Web site.
  • Each Member page has the freedom to define just what information would appear, within a specific format to control quality and consistency. See demonstration pages for typical sizes. Additional pages may also be incorporated, according to your needs.
  • Including a photo tour of each property or nearby attractions helps to strongly influence your Web visitors.
  • B&C's Daily Planner is available to each property.
  • All basic Web site creation and marketing criteria are in full play.

Full member Web site

If you don't already have one, this is a logical progression from the Member Page, and indeed it continues the flow. Special pages such as a neighborhood tour or house tour are designed for access from the above Member Page.

As above, B&C's Daily Planner is available to each property. And, all basic Web site creation and marketing criteria are in full play.

Typical pages on a full Web site might include:

  • How to find us
  • Why guests keep coming back
  • Tour our house
  • Major attractions
  • Rooms, rates and policies
  • Weekend and midweek specials
  • Availabilities, menus and events
  • Don't forget the food
  • And then write to us

B&C's Daily Planner

A powerful marketing tool for the member's full Web site and the Member Page itself is B&C's Daily Planner.

This is a Web site announcement system -- a dynamic on-line newsletter! -- that you can easily operate from home. Now you can provide a far richer experience for your Web visitor. And, you don't need to know any Web site programming to do it, either. Just select your options, type in your information, and upload. It resides on the member's full Web site, but can also get called from the member page at the association. It provides:

  • Up to three months of planning by day. It's each member's individual newsletter!
  • Daily special announcement capability. Welcome special guests. Announce events.
  • Announce vacancies
  • Special activities for each day
  • Post daily menus -- breakfast, lunch and/or dinner
  • "Place-keeper" pages for dates as yet unplanned.
